LEADERSHIP in Action
Directions:
1. Re-read you "Project Reflection"
2. Attach your "Project Reflection"
3. Based upon your project reflection and/or other instances of leadership in your life share where you have shown "Leadership In action". This section(s) should include:
-Two or more examples of your leadership in action (with an artifact; ie your project proposal, pictures, etc.)
-Each example should be a story explaining your leadership thoughts/planning, the action, and the result (incorporate leadership themes)
-Each story should clearly state what you got out of the experience and how you applied concepts of your leadership definition/philosophy and/or leadership strategies you have learned.
